Junior Planner/Scheduler -

Offshore MPA support and supply high-quality workforce solutions across the renewables, oil & gas, telecommunications, and marine sectors.

We are currently looking for a Junior Planner/Scheduler (Primavera P6);

Start Date: ASAP
Location: Hamburg, Germany
Duration: Perm contract – Full Time 
Scope: supporting subsea and land cable installation projects.

Key Responsibilities
– Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules in Primavera P6
– Update progress from offshore/onshore teams and subcontractors
– Track milestones, vessel utilisation, and weather windows
– Identify schedule risks, delays, and interface clashes
– Prepare look-aheads and progress reports
– Support project controls, including EOT and delay analysis

Experience & Qualifications
– Degree/diploma in engineering, project management, or similar (or equivalent experience)
– Working knowledge of Primavera P6, MS Project, and Excel
– Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset
– Interest in offshore, subsea, or renewable energy projects
– Willing to be office-based in Hamburg with occasional travel
