Jasmine Thompson – Lead People Manager

With 15 years of experience in recruitment, leadership, and team development, Jasmine is a powerhouse when it comes to building high-performing teams. She thrives in the fast-paced temp market and is passionate about creating environments where people can grow, thrive, and reach their full potential. Jasmine leads our recruitment efforts, ensuring the right talent is matched to the right opportunities. She also builds strong relationships with client companies and contractors while contributing to OMPA’s strategic growth.

Summer Edwards – People Manager

Summer is integral to our recruitment process, overseeing everything from client relationships to talent matching and onboarding. Her people-first approach ensures OMPA consistently delivers top-tier personnel for every project. Summer’s dedication and expertise make her a vital part of our team, and her positive impact is felt across every aspect of our operations.
Beyond work: Summer gets stuck into renovating her home, enjoys live music and loves spending time with friends and a growing family. Summer loves being outside and planning her next holiday.

Soral Bernard-Hayklan – Operations Manager
Workforce Management | Training Development | Offshore Industry Expertise | A True Adventurer
Soral brings extensive experience in workforce management and training within the offshore industry. She is dedicated to fostering talent and operational excellence, continuously improving recruitment strategies and training programs to enhance project delivery. 2025 marks an exciting transition as we focus on building Offshore Marine Academy and enhancing its capabilities. Soral will focus on expanding the Academy with new courses and innovative training initiatives.
Beyond work: A true adventurer, Soral loves traveling the world, exploring new cuisines, and staying active in the great outdoors. She brings this spirit of exploration and growth to everything she does at OMPA.

Ona Kendrick-Lount – People Coordinator
Recruitment & Training | Offshore Personnel Coordination | Wine Connoisseur
As the first point of contact for recruitment and training inquiries, Ona plays a key role in coordinating offshore personnel and ensuring smooth training course delivery. With a background in the Food and Drink industry, Ona is also a qualified Sommelier, and her love for wine, coffee, and food extends into her personal life. Her ability to balance work and passion makes her a dynamic and invaluable member of the team.
Beyond work: A world traveller at heart, Ona has hiked through Tasmania’s rugged landscapes, to canoeing in British Columbia’s pristine waters. Ona loves discovering new coffee spots and putting her wine degree to good use. These experiences keep her grounded and inspired, both at work and in her personal life

Jodie heads up the Finance department for the OMMH Group, which OMPA sits under. Beyond work: When she’s not shaping OMPA’s financial future, Jodie enjoys quality time with her two young daughters, making every moment count. Her dedication to both family and career is a true inspiration to the team.

Jenny Beti – Accounts Assistant

Jenny is a key figure in managing OMPA’s finances. Her meticulous attention to detail ensures that our financial operations run smoothly, supporting the entire team and helping drive our business forward. Whether it’s balancing the books or keeping operations running seamlessly, Jenny is an essential part of our success.
Beyond work: Balancing a dynamic career with creative pursuits, Jenny finds fulfillment in both professional excellence and personal passions. Traveling to new destinations broadens her perspective, immersing her in diverse cultures and experiences. Alongside her main career, she channels her creativity through her nail business, combining artistry with connection to offer a fun and expressive outlet that complements her structured professional life.
