The changes to the Off-Payroll rules were due to come into effect on 6 April 2020. This was delayed until April 2021 because of the spread of the coronavirus, however the time has now come to face up to the fact IR35 has arrived in the Private Sector and many UK contractors or contractors who choose to work in the UK may be affected by the new tax rules.
