Coming from a forces background, quality training and personal growth have always been a priority. So, to have a team who share these values means that the unique service OMPA deliver is even more special. More than just another recruitment agency, Antony and the team are totally focused on enabling a work/life balance and creating a life of opportunity for their personnel.
Measuring his success by the number of days he makes a difference to someone else, Antony loves to support OMPA people in accessing new opportunities, from ensuring they reach a project, booking them on training courses, to sending out a certificate or a new work order.

With over 12 years in recruitment and managerial roles, you're in safe hands when you meet Richard.
No stranger to innovation, Richard's experience of working with multi billion pound turnover companies means he share's the OMPA vision of breaking the mould, to provide the best possible service to clients and candidates.
A keen golfer and sport lover, Richard also enjoys spending time with his children.
Lisa
People Recruitment Manager
Lisa has been with the Offshore Marine family since January 2015, and played a critical role in helping to establish OMPA late that year.
Cool-headed and confident, Lisa is an assertive and reassuring leader within the team. Experienced in training and recruitment, she plays a vital role in sourcing contractors for roles with OMM projects. Lisa is one of the most likely faces you'll encounter when working with OMPA.
In her spare time, Lisa can be found eyeing up high-performance supercars at car events, or devouring a good book (along with her latest kitchen creation)
Georgia
People & Training Administrator
A true team-player and a woman of many talents, Georgia has been with OMPA since July 2017. Providing admin support and assistance to the recruitment management team, Georgia's hard-work and positive outlook ensure she remains a valued member at the heart of the team.
Georgia finds the support and ambition of her OMPA colleagues motivational, and looks forward to her role in helping to drive the business forward.
A creative car enthusiast, Georgia is as comfortable with photography as she is tinkering with car engines.
Lauren
Finance Manager
With a head for numbers, Lauren balances her management role with her accountancy study.
Overseeing the finance operations within OMPA, she thrives on the team's ability to share ideas that help to develop everyday practice. Lauren also admires the way that personnel are always at the centre of every decision.
When she isn't running, Lauren makes full use of her annual leave allocation, jetting off to explore sunnier climbs whenever she can.
Soral
Course Manager
Super-organised and supportive, Soral joined OMPA in October 2017 to manage and co-ordinate the Academy training courses.
With a background in retail, she's used to meeting the challenges of developing and running effective training programmes, ensuring the right training is available in the right place at the right time.
Being able to juggle her responsibilities so well, means that offshore contractors are fully supported at all times.
In her down time, Soral enjoys a spot of retail therapy and spending time with her family.
Dylan
QHSE
A safe pair of hands, former engineer Dylan ensures the health and safety of everyone working with OMPA.
Achieving an outstanding record for health and safety practice, Dylan has over eight years' experience working in HSE across offshore sectors.
With an eye for detail, Dylan leads the way in implementing the PLAN, DO, LEARN, IMPROVE initiative to ensure approaches to QHSE are consistent and embedded within the OMPA culture.
Dylan is also bit of a foodie, and balances his love of good food with workouts at the gym and trips to the great outdoors.
