Project Manager -

Offshore OMPA support and supply the highest quality workforce for both the onshore and offshore operations of the renewables, oil & gas, telecommunications and marine industries.

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our client in the maritime technology industry;

Start Date: June, 2026
Duration: Permanent, onsite
Location: Rotterdam, Netherlands
Salary: €6000- €6500 per month + car + package

Responsibilities:
– Lead and coordinate all phases of assigned projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, proposal development, bid preparation, staffing, and resource allocation.
– Review and interpret project specifications and customer requirements, ensuring clear communication across internal teams including Engineering, Procurement, Production, and Construction.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as the central communication point throughout the project lifecycle.
– Collaborate with customers and site teams to resolve technical, scheduling, and scope-related challenges effectively.
– Manage project setup, cost control, and schedule performance to ensure successful delivery.
– Oversee accurate and timely invoicing to support positive cash flow and minimise delays.
– Identify and manage project scope changes, ensuring all stakeholders are informed appropriately.
– Lead commercial discussions and negotiations relating to change orders.
– Coordinate rental equipment, site supply agreements, and subcontractor management.
– Ensure compliance with company procedures, protocols, and administrative policies.

Requirements:
– Degree-qualified (preferred).
– Minimum of 4 years’ project management experience within a relevant industry.
– Experience within the petrochemical, refinery, terminal, or industrial sectors would be highly advantageous.
– Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Microsoft Project.
– Fluent in both English and Dutch, with the right to live and work in the Netherlands.
– Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
