Draftsman -

Offshore OMPA support and supply the highest quality workforce for both the onshore and offshore operations of the renewables, oil & gas, telecommunications and marine industries.

We are looking for a junior Draftsman to join our client in the Maritime Transport industry on a permanent basis! Details are below:

Role: Draftsman
Location: Rotterdam, Netherlands
Style: Permanent, 40 hours a week, Hybrid
Salary: 50,000€ – 60,000€ annually + package (experience dependent)

You will need:

• Fluent English and Dutch
• 2+ years experience as a Draftsman
• MBO/HBO in Mechanical, Civil engineering (or similar)
• You are open to going abroad when necessary (Although this will not be very often)
• Experienced with AutoCAD

Responsibilities:

A Draftsman is responsible for producing clear, accurate engineering and shop drawings while ensuring the technical feasibility of projects. This role supports safe project execution and client satisfaction by creating lifting, transport, structural, and fleet-support drawings, managing document control and revisions, tracking project progress and scope changes, and contributing insights for project evaluations. Draftsmen also help improve and share innovative in-house drafting tools while collaborating closely with the wider engineering team.
