We are looking for a Superintendents to join our client in the Maritime industry on a permanent basis! Details are below:

Role: Superintendents
Location: North Holland, Netherlands
Style: Permanent, 40 hours a week
Salary: 50,000 – 85,000 annually + package (experience dependent)

You will need:

• Fluent in English and Dutch

• Proven experience managing drydock projects for offshore support vessels

• Strong technical knowledge of vessel systems, maintenance, and repair procedures

• Comfortable working in shipyard environments and with cross-functional teams

• Solid understanding of surveyor processes, classification societies, and regulatory requirements

• Good knowledge of project planning and management, including scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management

• Experienced in developing dry-docking specifications

Responsibilities:

The position involves managing drydock projects from initial planning through to completion, acting as the client’s technical representative throughout execution. Responsibilities include coordinating with shipyards, subcontractors, and classification societies to ensure efficient delivery, while maintaining control over schedules, costs, and quality standards. The role also requires conducting pre-docking inspections, supervising work during dry-docking, resolving technical issues as they arise, and providing clear progress reporting and regular updates to both the company and the client.
