Electrical Technician – ROV/ Trenching -

Offshore MPA support and supply the highest quality workforce for both the onshore and offshore operations of the renewables, oil & gas, telecommunications and marine industries.

We are currently working closely with a UK based manufacturer looking to develop a pool of Electrical Technician’s (with ROV/ Trenching experience) for ongoing and flexible work opportunities to support their newest asset.

Start date: 2025

Duration: Varied

Location: Varied

Job Description:

• Leading the on-site mobilisation of the Shallow Water Trencher system
• Ensuring Electrical, Hydraulic and Mechanical completion of all parts of the system
• Providing Operational support and guidance on system parameters
• Leading the Technical Support/Fault Finding activities during a downtime event

Knowledge & Skills:

• Multi-Discipline Technician/Engineer
• Knowledge of SMD PLC-based SCADA
• Knowledge of Trenching operations
• Previous Experience of Plough/Trencher ops & support

Qualifications (as Minimum):

• BOSIET
• GWO
