Driller/ Drill Supervisor -

Offshore MPA support and supply the highest quality workforce for both the onshore and offshore operations of the renewables, oil & gas, telecommunications and marine industries.

We are currently working with an offshore drilling company looking to grow their contract teams to accommodate their upcoming GLOBAL, projects!

The team have doubled their number of drills in the past four years, and we are looking to introduce x10 new enthusiastic contractors with offshore drilling experience to join the shortlist!

Start date: March 2025

Scope:

From ships, jack-up rigs, or from land, you’ll oversee the team, safety, and maintenance of the offshore drilling equipment, ensuring efficient drilling operations, and serve as the main point of contact for clients on-site.

• Proven experience as an Offshore Driller supervising the drilling team
• Ideally, a technical background (hydraulics, civil engineering, mechanical engineering, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of offshore drilling operations and equipment.
• Good leadership skills; ability to lead a team and manage operations independently.
• Good communication skills; Communicate with clients and provide daily project updates.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and operational procedures.
• Oversee the administration of project-related tasks.
