Contracts Manager - 200099

We are looking for a contracts manager to be part of the project control team for a European wind farm.

Key responsibilities:

  • Act as the main link between the project control team and the end client
  • Maintain an updated Project Resources Plan
  • Support the recruitment plan
  • Create and manage the Purchase Orders for External Resources.
  • Supervise the Inter-company Recharges for Internal Resources.
  • Monitor the payment process of invoices for External Agencies.
  • Create and manage the Purchase Orders for External Resources.
  • Supervise the Inter-company Recharges for Internal Resources.
  • Monitor the payment process of invoices for External Agencies

Criteria:

  • Proven experience in similar positions related to Resources Management.
  • Proven experience working with SAP (Requistitions and PO creation, VOWD, invoicing process).
  • Degree qualified or equivalent qualifications / experience.
  • Proven significant experience of working with multi-disciplinary teams
  • Proficient use of MS Office (special MS Excel)
  • Ideally experience in Offshore Wind Projects, during development and execution phase, not mandatory
  • Experience with MS Office and MS Project
  • French and/or Spanish would be a plus

The successful applicant will be organised with good planning and time management skill, persistent and self-motivated and able to manage large amounts of data in an organised and structured way.
